Summer Workouts Week of July 20th

Voluntary Summer Workouts for McDonough Fall Sports will begin on Monday, July 13th, 2020 for Soccer, Football, Cross Country, & Volleyball. Field Hockey workouts will begin Monday, July 20th. ​ All workouts will adhere to the social distancing guidelines according to Governor Hogan, Dr. Hill, and CCPS Policies.  While we will have extensive protocols in place for
