If you want to improve your strength, speed, agility, and reduce the risk of injury then you will want to attend the EAP Camp this summer!

The Elite Athlete Performance Camps educational environment is where your student-athlete will learn and perform proper technique for exercises proven to increase overall athletic performance and decrease their risk of injury. This camp is designed to provide the student-athlete with knowledge and confidence to assist in each athlete’s development.

Our Certified Athletic Trainers use specially designed drills and training exercises over the course of 6 weeks to help each athlete safely train and reach their goals. At the end of this camp, each student will see measurable improvement and have the confidence to push themselves to the next level during their upcoming season.

  • 6 Week Camp
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • 90 min Sessions
  • Date: June 24 – July 25
  • Location: McDonough High School*
  • Time: 8:00-9:30
  • Cost: FREE for McDonough student-athletes
    *North Point will also hold camp at different times.
