Students who plan to try out for any school-sponsored interscholastic sports team are required to have a physical performed by a licensed physician within the last year of participation.
Charles County Public Schools is offering sports physicals to their student-athletes at the following schools:

Students interested in having their physical done at school should go to the host school during the time frame listed. Students must have the health history and the parent portion of the physical form completed and signed along with the $30 (cash only) fee at the time of registration. Students will not be seen by the doctor without the required materials. Physicals will be limited to the first 100 students and will be done on a first come first served basis.

*No student is allowed to practice or try out for a team without a completed physical form signed and approved by a licensed physician. A physical is valid for one year. Parents and students are responsible for keeping physicals up-to-date.
