Boys’ Soccer Conditioning

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 – 8:00 Hydrate before and bring lots of water. *Participants need an up-to-date physical on file with the Athletic Director. These can be downloaded here or picked up in the main office.

Football workouts Monday – Thursday 6:00 – 8:00 PM Participants must have up-to-date physical and conditioning form on file with the Athletic Director.
