Cheer Workout Information

McDonough Cheer is doing summer conditioning on Wednesday nights from 7-8pm at Ntensity Gym on Industrial Park Drive in Waldorf. The cost is $10 per session. Try-outs will be August 9-11. Times will be posted as the dates get closer. All athletes will need to have athletic clearance forms completed along with an updated physical prior to tryouts.
